Yes, you read it right. At Noman Used Appliances we believe repairing a product is better than refunding the customer.

Refunds will only give them their money back, but our repair policy will ensure that they have invested time in the right area.

If you find that any product is faulty, or not working properly, then give us a call. Show the purchase receipt.

• You can apply for a repair within one month of purchase.
• We will charge an extra fee for the repair.
• If the product already has a warranty, then there are no repair charges.
• The repair charges depend on the issue.
• The warranty of the product is only valid inside UAE and Dubai.
